Every property inspection, maintenance round, and service call follows a logic that experienced technicians carry in their heads. When someone new joins the crew, that knowledge does not transfer automatically. Jobs get missed. Photos get skipped. Punch lists close incomplete and get reopened a week later over email.
NavigateAI captures that knowledge, encodes it into AI-generated step sequences, and puts it on every crew member's phone. Not a checklist they can ignore, but a guided workflow that requires photo evidence at each step before they can advance. The record closes on site, not at a desk at 8pm.
We are not building a general-purpose inspection platform. We are building the tool for field crews who do property inspections, preventive maintenance, and mechanical service calls, where the job has a correct sequence and skipping steps has real consequences.

Jordan brings more than 10 years in facilities maintenance operations, which means he understands what a crew actually needs on site versus what looks good in a product demo. He runs our early-access onboarding and makes sure the sequences we ship match real job conditions.
NavigateAI was incorporated in Denver, Colorado in 2025. Eric and Jordan had both watched the same problem play out from different positions: inspection information captured on site never made it into the record cleanly. It went through a phone camera, then an email, then a spreadsheet, and by that point something was always wrong or missing.
Maya joined to build the mobile-first architecture that would let the product actually work in the field, where connectivity is unreliable and crews do not have time to troubleshoot their tools.
Our first pilot ran with a Denver-area property management company working across a portfolio of residential buildings. Within the first few weeks, their crews were closing punch lists before leaving the property instead of reconstructing notes that evening. That result confirmed the core idea and shaped every product decision since.
We are currently in early access with a small group of field teams across residential and commercial property management. All product capabilities trace back to something a crew needed on an actual job.
