A site is a distinct physical location you manage, such as a residential building, a commercial property, or a service address. All crew members working that site share one subscription. The Field plan supports up to 10 active users per site; Portfolio has no user cap.

Your first 30 days are free on the Field plan. No billing details required to get started. At day 30 you will receive an email asking whether you want to continue. There is no automatic charge if you do not enter payment information.

Yes. You can export all job records, photos, and reports as PDF or as a structured data export at any time. Your data belongs to you. When you close your account, your data remains accessible for 60 days then is permanently deleted.

Yes. The mobile app caches the assigned job sequences before the crew goes on site. Photos and task completions are stored locally and sync to the server when connectivity is restored. Crew members do not need to be online while doing an inspection.
